Products prices

Product prices and members discounts apply to online orders and may be different from their respective prices at our stores.

Shipping products

The shipping and delivery of products is done within 4-5 working days.

Deliveries take place daily from 09:00 until 17:00.


Any delay in your order may be caused by shipping companies due to inaccessible areas, weather conditions, transportation errors, holidays, peak periods, delay of the supplier sending us the product and generally in cases of force majeure affecting smooth transport and delivery.

The heavy or bulky products are received by the customer from the carrier, upon agreement
.

The gift box is provided free of charge. In peak times such as Christmas, Easter, school season, etc., wrapping adhesives are provided.
 

Shipping cost

For orders over 49 euros shipment is free throughout Greece, if your order does not contain heavy or bulky products.
For orders under 49 euros shipping cost is 3.50 euros.
For shipments of orders that include heavy or bulky products, the cost is 3.50 euros per heavy/bulky product, regardless of the order amount. 

The service of COD is additional 2 euros of the total cost of the order.


The service of COD is not available for very heavy or bulky goods sent by carrier outside Attica for which the other payment methods apply.


Inside Athens , for bulky products (except for bicycles), which can be assembled upon request and the cost is 10% of the initial price with a minimum charge of 20 €. In case that some orders are found to be heavy or bulky and have not been registered by our system, there will be an update to customers on how to ship.


Products returns

In order to avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the status of the products and the intact packaging of them at the time of delivery of your order in order to identify any obvious defects (broken goods, wrong product etc).

In the case of return, the products to be returned should be in the same condition as you received them, without having been unsealed or tampering the package. Products must be accompanied by the corresponding retail receipt or sales invoice within 20 days of purchase. The products to be purchased should be of equal or greater value. Clothes and shoes are changed with corresponding clothing-foowear ( of the same season
-category purchased). Seasonal items for example Carnival-Easter-Summer-Christmas, are changed with seasonal ones. Inflatable and assembled products do not change.

Products that have already been used can not be changed or returned in any way.

Credit notes issued by stores can not be offset by electronic orders and credit notes issued by online orders can not be offset by stores.

The cost of returning a non-defective product and sending a new one is € 7 and € 9 if you require COD on delivery.

In case of Refund, the payment must be confirmated from our Accounting Department and the package must be returned to us. This procedure takes approximately 10 working days and the cost amounts to 7 € or 9 € respectively if the product has been shipped from us with Geniki Taxydromiki. If the shipment is done with a travel agent the cost is proportional to the parcels shipped.

In case of inability or refusal to receive the shipment and return of the order, then the cost of shipping will be charged to the customer.

Defective products

To return defective products you should contact via email at [email protected], or by phone at 210 8211511 to obtain approval and instructions on how to dispose of the defective product in order not to incur additional costs.

Replacement or repair of the product can be done once if considered and confirmed the manufacturer's fault and is not due to misuse by the consumer or violation of the instructions for use by the presentation of the product packaging.

Refunds of a defective product charge Perfect Toys. In case that a product is returned as defective and its integrity is established, the goods are charged to the customer.

WITHDRAWAL

In the event of a withdrawal, you may return a product that you have purchased from the online store within 14 calendar days of the invoice date in order for the right to withdraw to be exercised within the time limit, at your own charge of return shipping charges.
The products should be intact, in their packaging, unopened or assembled, and must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase receipt (
retail sales receipt, or sales invoice).
